Packing and Processing Your Order

Once you place an order through the website, your order goes through to our packing system which is accessed by our dedicated team and packaging department. 

Your order joins the queue and every day, the team work their way through all the orders - preparing and packing each order with care.

From start to finish, we are committed to providing you not only with top-quality products but with top-quality customer service from the Layla & Co London team.

Once a dedicated team member comes to your order, they gather your products together and mark things off on the computer system.

There, your order is checked by different team members before moving to the packaging area. 

At the packaging area, the team make sure that all of your products are carefully wrapped using sustainable and recyclable items and make sure that your order is protected whilst in transit. 

Where possible, we recycle and re-use packaging boxes and materials.

Order Completed

When an order has been completed on the system, this means that our team have gone through everything and packed your order.

This is the stage when your order is scheduled in for collection by one of our courier partners.

As an example, in the UK we may use any of the following delivery partners, including others that may not be mentioned.

Once scheduled for collection, the team will also send you your tracking information via your account.

You will receive updates via SMS text message and E-Mail from our delivery partners too. Using the contact information from your order.
