Packing and Processing Your Order

Once you place an order through the website, your order goes through to our packing system which is accessed by our dedicated packaging team and department.

Your order joins the queue and every day, the team make their way through all the order - packing each order with care.

From start to finish, we are committed to providing you not only with top-quality products but with top-quality customer service from the Layla and Co London team.

Once a dedicated team member accesses your order, they gather your products and mark things off on the computer system.

From there, your order is checked by different team members before moving to the packaging area.

At the packaging area, the team are making sure that all of your products are carefully packaged and wrapped using sustainable and recyclable items to make sure that your order is protect whilst in transit.

Where possible, we recycle and re-use packaging boxes and materials.

Order Completed

When an order has been completed on the system, this means that our team have gone through everything and packed your order.

This is the stage when your order is schedule in for collection by one of our courier partners.

As an example, in the UK we may use any of the following delivery partners, including others that may not be mentioned.

Once scheduled for collection, the team will also send you your tracking information, as well as the updates you will receive via SMS text message and e-mail from our delivery partners.
